(Please note that the two individual portions of the home have separate entrances and are not connected.) Two contemporary kitchens and living rooms, cable TV and Netflix streaming, and a cozy gas fireplace all create a homey environment for you to return to after your Portland adventures.

Located just half a mile north of Portland's Old Port, this property places you within easy walking distance of several local eateries and charming shops. Casco Bay Lines ferry is close by, offering scenic rides out on the Atlantic Ocean. Also nearby are the Merrill Auditorium for fascinating performances and the educational Portland Observatory. Best of all, East End Beach is only a mile from your front door, offering the perfect place for you to soak up some vitamin D on the sand and swim in the ocean waves.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
