Casa Filipa

This appartment is always desinfected by a professional team in all the check out, against covid19. It is equipped with alcohol gel for customer safety.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people. It is an accommodation with 80 m² cozy and fully equipped. It faces south, being very sunny.

Arriving to the first floor, we have the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the same space we have the dining room and living room with a TV, DVD player and satellite receiver. On this floor we also have a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub

On the second floor there is another bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The whole villa is air conditioned with air conditioning.

The terrace, on the second floor, has a breathtaking view and there is table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing moment. On this terrace there is also a barbecue where you can make some healthy grills every day.

Perfect location and perfect property for 2 couples. So close to everything in Alvor. The terrace space was fantastic with great sea views. Kitchen/living space was good and having the bedrooms on separate floors with their own bathrooms worked well.Communication with Susana was great and she was waiting at the property on our arrival. Would thoroughly recommend.

Appartement bien placé mais très bruyant aucune place de disponible c'est compliqué pour charger et déchargé le véhicule lors du départ et de l'arrivée. Hôtes très désagréable agressive et menaçante je m'explique : j'ai eu un soucis avec ma carte bleue entre la réservation et le solde j'ai dû faire une opposition c'est l'hôte ( ne parlant que portugais) qui m'as prévenu et qui voulais faire venir une personne avec un terminal carte bleue pour que que la règle. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce n'est pas le site qui m'a directement prévenu ayant peur d'arnaque j'étais sur mes gardes. Après avoir vérifié que le paiement n’était pas passé j'ai règle aussitôt le problème via le site abritel. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas l'hôte a voulu que je reste a l'appartement pour réceptionné le "technicien" le début du sejour ne m'a pas laissé sur une bonne appréciation. La douche de l'étage bouchée je ne l'ai pas dit car ce n'est déjà pas à moi a testé le fonctionnement de l'appartement et je ne voulait pas passé une autre demi journée a attendre a l'appartement que quelqu'un vienne dépanner. Je ne recommande pas ni le site ni l'hôte. Sinon l'appartement correspond à la description clair spacieux.

Perfect apartment

We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation for our 10 day stay. This apartment has everything you need amenities wise a sun roof which gets the sun all day. your only 2 mins away from the centre. Claudio was very prompt with his communications with us and Susanna met us at the apartment and showed us around . 5 stars across the board and i would recommend this apartment to anyone. we will be definitely booking again. Excelente estadia!!!

O alojamento é excelente. É espaçoso, confortável, arejado e limpo. Tem ar condicionado eficiente e dispõe de equipamentos e utensílios suficientes para a estadia de 4 ou 5 pessoas. O terraço é uma boa mais valia. A nossa estadia em família foi excelente!!!

Superb Apartment

We arrived late but Claudio had tracked our flight and was waiting outside for us. The check in process was quick and easy. The apartment was spotless and in a brilliant location - all the restaurants and bars are literally around the corner. The sun terrace was the star - overlooking the sea and caught the sun all day. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great holiday and we’ll be back next year!!!!

Great choice!

The apartment was very spacious with everything that you need and also very clean. Location is perfect, right next to the centre and a few minutes walk from the beach. Only the school on the other side of the street was a bit annoying as it is a bit loud in the morning.
