Very relaxing…good communication with management office Vacasa…not anyone’s fault but dead love bugs all over the balcony and some got in condo. Beautiful home; only thought is to provide some literature about the area and places to shop, eat, drink, play?? Lovely stay though and will return

Master bed needs newmattress . Lucky 2 bedroom was where we ended up sleeping. But other than that it was fantastic.

Weekend get away

This property was by far the most updated and clean of all that we have stayed in. The master bed could use being replaced but overall, I give it a strong 5 out of 5. It is central to quite a few really good restaraunts and great beaches. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone! We will stay again for sure.

Great get away!

Last minute vacation made very easy. We will be back again! Comfortable and easy to get in and out of. The only thing I can say is even though you book through Vrbo you are going to have to do more through Vacasa since they are the ones who manage the booking for this listing.

Perfect vacarion

Our condo was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was flawless and the location was perfect. We loved the view of the beach from living and master bedroom area and the second bedroom had a pleasant view of a canal out back. We plan to come back.

Perfection!

This was our first Mother/daughter (age 7 & 12) beach trip! And our first visit to Mexico Beach. The condo was SO bright and spacious. The view was amazing and even with just my girls and I, the walk to the beach was completely doable. The condo had a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella as well! It was just perfection! We spent our days on the beach and our evenings in the pool. The covered parking was an added perk and the condo had an elevator for easy transport of things! We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. BUT, there is always a but. We noticed in the second bedroom that one of the windows did not lock properly. We contacted management and was notified that the on sight help would be by the correct the issue but that never happened. My daughters and I all slept together in the master bedroom locked in because we were nervous for our safety. Everything else was perfect and I’m sure others have not noticed this issue. We loved our stay overall. ❤️

Great time, but...

Excellent location. Lovely, but minimal furnishings. It was a fabulous place for a sort stay. However, we were snowbirding for a month. We were disturbed there were no instructions on how to use the cable tvs, dvr and sound bar. The local agent helped with the tvs, but couldn't figure out the rest. The screen doors did not slide, so we're unusable (one kept falling off). The local agent had to bring us more glasses (one large and three small were the original stock). All the light bulbs were only 60 watt, so we bought. 100 watt to be able to see to read. The towel rack fell off the first day in the second bathroom. There were only two balcony chairs, yet the property advertised for four guests, so we bought a camp chair (as there were three of us). But what we will always remember is that you were not allowed to wear shoes in the unit (we abided by that), but the hardwood floors and rugs were absolutely filthy! Our socks were literally black by the end of each day. My sister left one pair on display with a note as a clue to the cleaning crew. All this being said, we e joked our month, but feel the property owners or managers need to take a closer look at the livability for long term rentals.
