It was great perfect weather, it was right across the street from the beach! My golden puppy enjoyed the house location as well!! Gulf Aire has a dog friendly neighborhood & plenty of places to walk ur pet & a few bars & awesome restaurants i highly recommended

Not bad! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house is a little dated and the bathrooms especially could use some upgrades. We were unable to get codes to use the downstairs door which made it difficult to load and unload the car. The beach access was a little misleading, it is a bit of a walk down the road so we drove instead but it was still close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, perfect sunset porch!

Had a great stay. Was perfect for our family with master upstairs and other bedrooms downstairs for teens/kids with game area and extra living room space. Great porch and well stocked kitchen. A couple of small issues that could improve the listing.. a grill!! Many families cook out at the beach and this should come standard with the house. Luckily i had read reviews and we brought a portable one. Also shamp/cond in showers was not refilled/stocked. Some ants were in bedrooms downstairs(we found bottle of ant killer so were able to spray) Additionally be aware you can’t use the beach access directly across from the house, which wasn’t a deal breaker but def made getting down the beach a little more difficult. Despite couple small things, we would stay at this listing again.

Overall the house was very clean. The floors were very dirty as you could tell by how quickly white socks turned brown. In the listing there is no mention anywhere of a pet fee. Yet, when I paid the second half and listed 1 pet I received an additional bill for just over &700 for the pet fee and tax. That is a high amount. We called and were told that figure was accurate. Lastly, the proximity to highway 98 made for traffic noise 24/7.

Loved the location and the layout of the house. Everything was as advertised. Only issue was where there had been a water leak in the downstairs ceiling. There was a hole and mold in the ceiling from the water leak.

The house was amazing. Very well stocked for anything that you would need from cooking to towels, etc. There is a short walk to the beach, so make sure you have a wagon.All in all, this was a great house for us.

Great house under different circumstances

The house was definitely nice- had all the extras that we could ask for and comfortable. Unfortunately my knee went out on me and the steps were hard to manage. Also the pictures of the house were a little deceiving. There are condos built and being built all in front of house and to the left. And it mentions in the description that you have to walk for beach access but it seemed a long way. The problem being the neighborhood Gulf Aire, won’t allow any of the rental houses to join. So the convenient entrance is private. So the house itself was great. It wasn’t its fault that my knee was bad. But lack of a close beach access is a drawback . Overall we had a great time.

Great place to stay rain or shine

This house is great for families and is in a great spot right across the street from the beach. The views are lovely from the porch. Because of the pool table, air hockey table and TV downstairs, this spot is great even if the weather is not. We walked down the street to one of the food trucks for dinner. Very convenient.

A really nice house, everything was clean. Town is not best for kids, no attractions without a far drive. But property was beautiful, only complaints was there was ants and the keypad lock was difficult to lock, but it was manageable. Beds was so comfortable and layout was great. Lots of extras!

Not as advertised

Upon arrival we were told no internet, but they had put in a hotspot for the night till internet could be fixed next day. Overall the place was clean, except the master hand held shower head. It was discussing. I bought some bleach spray to clean it before using shower. Upon wanting to play pool to find out there were no pool balls to use. We asked the manager to get us some but never did. The air hockey didn’t work either. Having a game room was a selling point, but very disappointed we couldn’t use it. The manager said he would refund for loss of amenities . But no one has contacted me after that. All the kitchen utensils and pots and pans looked like they were bought at good will . They were all miss matched. This home is not set up for a very comfortable stay away from home.

Something for Everyone

Close to everything; beautifully decorated with enough to Leto you entertained during bad weather and sunset views off the deck. Would recommend gate at top of stairs on deck to keep kids and puppies safe.

Good location

Good size property. Spacious and comfortable. Play room downstairs was a hit with male guests ( pool table) air hockey was not working properly. Ample kitchen. Good appliances. Beach close to property. Would be better if they provide beach gates access code. Front porch and porch seating needed pressure washer cleaning , BACASA provided several beach towels to cover chairs and it made usable. We will rent it again.

Nice stay and location

Very nice home. First time using VRBO. Very helpful staff when we were locked out. Loved the fact they had so much in terms of cooking and entertainment options within home. Few issues with air not working but stayed in Dec and just opened windows for the ocean breeze to cool off at night. Also appeared to be have exterior maintenance issues (roof had some damage causing some leak spots inside) and cleaning that could be better. Deck was nice to sit out on. It was in need of a serious power washing to take off prior spills and dirt on furniture and flooring. Overall loved inside accommodations and side views of beach. Lots of traffic and construction still on going due to hurricane but enjoyed the area the home was in.

Go to this house if you get a chance. Worth every penny!!!

Love it ! The whole family enjoyed it. Great for everyone. Plenty of space .short walk to the beach. Great sun set views from the balcony.
