This house had no personal touches, this is a cookie cutter house and exactly like the two on both sides of this house. The elevator was broke on check in day no one responded to our text, calls or emails until Monday. In my opinion on check in day someone should be available for anything that could go wrong. The elevator was never fixed during our entire stay and no one seemed to think it was emergent, we had a disabled vet staying in the house, this is one of the main reasons we choose this house is for the elevator access. Also on our first day we noticed a very strong smell of urine on the couch, again no one answered any of our calls, text or emails, they did call us Monday and sent someone out to clean the couch. Kitchen supplies is VERY limited, no large pans, one mixing bowl etc. We were told to have the sand all swept out before check out, not sure why they charge a cleaning fee if I’m sweeping an entire house. There is no privacy in the pool, you can hear everything going on from both houses on either side of this house, conversations, music, kids screaming etc. also we were not told about the construction that was going on during our stay. The view is beautiful, the walk to the beach is not terrible but the boardwalk you use is shared and not private to the house. The bedrooms are small and if you are in a wheelchair you will not be able to get around the beds, VERY tight space.
