Details: Built in a classic Southern architectural style, Coastal Comfort is a spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located near the pristine beaches of Cape San Blas. Designed for families and large groups, this relaxing, pet-friendly retreat sleeps 12, boasts Gulf views, over 3,200 square feet of living space, a crow’s nest, multiple shaded verandas, and a sparkling saltwater pool!

A ground-floor patio with ample seating and a private saltwater pool sets the scene for this luxury coastal home. The half-bathroom offers direct access to the pool deck, making it easy for guests to take a quick break without tracking water through the house.

Hardwood floors and warm sunlight from the wall of windows welcome guests to the main floor. The living area, styled in New England cottage décor, provides plush furniture and a 50” TV. Prepare meals and beachside snacks in the gourmet kitchen, where GE appliances and granite countertops inspire the family chef. An adjacent dining table with a stylish mix of chair and bench seating hosts 8 for brunch or dinner. A convenient porch off the dining area allows guests to dine at the bar-height alfresco table for 8 while taking in the surrounding views. When it’s time to retire, choose between 2 guest bedrooms, each with access to the deck—the first bedroom features a king bed and the other a queen bed.

Upstairs, the massive primary bedroom features a plush king bed and a private living area with a 55” TV. Guests staying here enjoy a private bathroom with a jetted tub and exclusive access to a serene deck furnished with a wicker sofa and two chairs, ideal for sipping morning coffee or settling in to watch the sunset. This floor also includes a guest bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a kid‑friendly bunk room with a twin‑over‑full bed and twin trundle.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, with a weight limit of 30lbs or less, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*The HOA does not allow RVs to be parked in the driveway. There is an RV storage area nearby called Presnell’s RV and Boat Storage should you need it.

*No boats, trailers, or vehicles are to be parked anywhere except in the driveway. If the boat, trailer, and all other vehicles will not fit in the driveway, then Bayou Storage can be contacted to store boats and trailers for a minimal fee.
