This 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home is the perfect getaway, you feel like you are sitting in the bay from your living room. The walking path is right out your back door and we a short walk you can enjoy pickle ball and take a stroll on the new Salinas Park walkway. You can access the Gulf from the public access at Salinas Park or several places on Cape San Blas where you take a walk on the beach or try your hand at fishing on the beach. There are 2 boat ramps within 6 miles of the home and 2 more ramps within 10 miles. You can also enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing right out your front door. Nearby attractions: St. Joseph State Park 14 miles away, catch a ferry to St. Vincent Island, or enjoy the Cape San Blas Lighthouse a historic lighthouse in Port St. Joe.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
