« The room very basic and in need of a refurbishment the carpet was stained with burn marks, the bed very uncomfortable and not the cleanest, the bathroom had stains and was in need of a deep clean, furniture was in serious need of a coat of paint, along with the whole part of the hotel. Only positive comment the place was cheap but won't be staying again »

« I found the parking ideal right outside property and very safe. The property was spotless couldnt fault a thing. The breakfast was the best we will stop there again when we are in the area. »

« Loads of parking and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. I was shown to my room and felt very well looked after. I ate in the restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast and the food was superb! »

The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure. « The overall house was clean and there were ample amenities. The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! Not great sadly. »
