After a hard day's fishing, what better place to relax than in convenient, comfortable surroundings in this fishing village. Located in a well-maintained, safe neighborhood, this apartment is inside the boat barn which makes for quiet, restful sleeping conditions just minutes from the boat launches.

The bedroom has accommodations for four with a twin over full bunk and a full over full bunk (4 beds). The bathroom is stocked with soaps and paper products. There is a big screen TV where you can stream all of the latest sports games and news and basic programming. Complimentary WIFI in addition to DirectTV are provided. ROKU remote.

There is a covered carport, propane grill, Old Smokey pit and yard furniture for relaxing outside. Security cameras are not armed during your stay to protect your privacy. Electric and water hook-ups are available.

We love pets, but we ask that you do not leave your pet alone all day while you are gone without kenneling it. There is a $40/pet fee in the booking process, you may need to look for it under the input for number of guests. If this fee is not deducted at booking, it will be deducted from the damage deposit (including VRBO fees) after your departure. Also, there are pet geese and chickens roaming the property; please, control your dog to avoid fetching them. NOTE: only 1 pet is allowed. Excess dog hair will result in an extra fee for cleaning of $25. Don't forget its bedding to avoid using rugs for its bed.

Please, park on the 45' X 29 ' wide rock drive between the Barnacle and the street. The cement driveway is for guests in the other two rentals on this property. Contact owner if you want to see if this space on the cement drive is available during your stay.

We do ask that you absolutely do not clean fish/ducks on the premises. It will be days before garbage pick-up and the stench will persevere a long while.

These accommodations are for 4 people only, including kids.
