'The rooms in the hotel, everything was old, broken doors, old broken furniture. I had to change rooms twice due to defects in the rooms.'

'Good place to lodge'

'Staff is amazing and the Guest House is very close to Palace Mall'

'The people at KCS are very friendly! Looking out for their customers. The rooms are very nice and clean, in a modern neat style. The food at the guest house is excellent. Two very good cooks! '

'If you have any problems or need any help, just speak with Mr. Addo, the manager, and he'll do his best to help. They were great. Enjoy Spintex/Baatsoona!'

'The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again'

'Rooms don't get cleaned up unless they have specific instructions. Even when they do, there are no guarantees that the room will be cleaned'

'Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and delicious breakfast, clean environment and feels very much like home. I love it and will visit again!'

It has a washer that doesn’t work (At least not in our unit). They do not have food at the facility. Needs more pot and pans for baking and cooking. Need pot holders. Our second bathroom’s water never heated up (if it was something we didn’t do, they should take the time to educate their guests). Curtain rod in second...
