'Room was clean but garbage was not taken out and there was no soap in the dispensers. That said, they promptly brought supplies when we noted the issue.'

'Awesome views. Good food. Clean. Some good staff, some mediocre. Most do not understand the service industry. Hardly speak English. Great to make a hike north or south!'

'Prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding'

'Helemaal top, echt value for money'

'Personeel & ontbijt'

'We booked a room with twin beds and disabled facilities and a balcony. They allocated us a room with a double bed and no patio. After some considerable discussion, they offered a second room (in addition to the original one) with a double bed and a couch {and a patio). The sleeping arrangements were acceptable, but the toilet and shower did not suit a disabled person. We used the beds in the second room and the bathroom in the first {at no extra cost). Separate point: they closed the bar (and...

'Very friendly people. Very modern and good room, in the heart of Saint Malo. This made the evening quite loud. Lots of people partying in the street. Restaurant was fully booked and they did not ask us the make a reservation. The pool is also on reservation, for us it was completely booked, which is not logical and a pity.'

'Beautiful building and surrounding garden with very interesting history. Good breakfast no restaurant but enough in St Malo'
