« Nous étions une famille de 10 adultes et un enfant de 3 à 68 ans. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La maison est idéalement située, tout se fait à pied : plage, commerces, port, supermarchés, restaurants … L’equipement de la maison est au top, la cuisine bien équipée, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain , très grande grande terrasse pour prendre les repas, grande piscine sécurisée. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Francisco pour avoir faciliter notre séjour par sa disponibilité...

« Wir wurden sehr nett von Toni empfangen. Er hat das Haus liebevoll weihnachtlich für uns dekoriert und war immer für uns erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sauber und in einem guten Zustand. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Heizung hat tiptop funktioniert. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie über Weihnachten in dem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. »

« The property was incredibly charming. We loved the goats, frogs and cats. They weren’t intrusive just added to the quirkiness of the place. For the price it was excellent. The walk to Sant elm was easy once we worked out the path rather than the road which was busy and no pavements. Sant elm is a fabulous holiday resort for high end bars and restaurants. « We are a family with 3 teenagers. This was our third visit to Mallorca and this villa was by far the best that we have stayed in yet. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport and so easy to find. Carin the owner was so helpful in the weeks running up to our holiday making everything so easy for our arrival. The villa itself was stunning. The pictures do not do it justice at all. « Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht verstehen. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet. Ja, der Geruch... so riecht nun mal Holz der älteren Bauart. Auch gibt es mehr als genügend Geschirr. Auch bei uns hat eine Kaffeemaschine nach 12 Tagen aufgegeben was wohl an dem hohen Kalkgehalt im Wasser liegt. Wir hsben sie gegen eine günstige neue ausgetauscht. Die Liegen müssen ständig größere Gewichte...

« Das Haus ist sehr gut in Schuss, der Pool schön und unglaublich tief. Einzige Schwierigkeit ist es die richtige Einfahrt zu finden. Wer auf engen Wegen nicht sicher mit dem Auto ist, sollte diesmal nicht auf die Vollkaskoversicherung verzichten; dickes Auto sollte man auf keinen Fall haben. »
