This adorable home is located in the 4th row in the Cobb's Cove neighborhood. Once you step inside, you'll feel right at home. The cozy living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. It's open to the dining area and kitchen, which has all the cooking basics you need to prepare your family's favorite meals. There's ample counter space and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar and the dining table. The 4 bedrooms provide comfy places to lay your head at night. The bunk room is a child's dream with a twin/full and a twin/twin bunk! There are two guest bedrooms with a king bed and full attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. This home has WIFI. You will enter the internet information and log in! Outside, you'll enjoy the spacious deck, with covered and uncovered areas to enjoy the breeze. Downstairs is a great area to hang out and cook with your family on the charcoal grill. The beach is just a short walk away! Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small dish liquid
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
