A cargo lift is available for luggage and groceries for a $75 fee. Located in gated Laguna Harbor with direct water access, it’s a great place to fish, unwind, and enjoy life by the water.


The home has a three-level layout designed to give everyone room to spread out. The ground level features an entertainment space with a bar, TV, and roll-up door that opens the area to the back yard and a water view.

The main living level includes the primary bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a balcony overlooking the canal. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: two compact rooms with full-size Murphy beds and one traditional bedroom with a queen bed and TV.


Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all three levels, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, balconies, and the downstairs entertainment space. Please do not enter the attic or any locked closets, as these areas are reserved for owner storage and maintenance supplies.

Laguna Harbor is a quiet, gated waterfront community on the western end of the Bolivar Peninsula, just minutes from the Galveston–Bolivar Ferry. Surrounded by canals, natural wetlands, and the Bolivar Flats Shorebird Sanctuary, the neighborhood offers a peaceful setting with convenient access to Galveston Bay, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Gulf of Mexico. It’s an ideal location for fishing, boating, birdwatching, and relaxing by the water. Many residents live here full-time, so guests should respect quiet hours, drive slowly, and remain on public roads and designated areas.


A car is necessary for getting around the Bolivar Peninsula. Laguna Harbor is a gated residential community, and restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, and other attractions are spread out along Highway 87 rather than within walking distance. Guests arriving through Galveston can bring their vehicle aboard the free Galveston–Port Bolivar Ferry. The peninsula can also be reached from the east through Winnie and Highway 124. Please allow extra travel time for the ferry during busy weekends and holidays.

The home is located in a gated waterfront community. Many of the neighboring properties are occupied by full-time residents, so please be respectful of the neighborhood, observe quiet hours, drive slowly, and avoid entering or walking through other properties.

A cargo lift is available for an additional **$75 fee**. The lift is intended only for transporting luggage, groceries, and other approved items. It is not a passenger elevator, and no one may ride on it while it is moving. Access instructions will be provided after the fee is paid and any required acknowledgment is completed.

* Quiet hours are from **10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.**
* Please respect the community’s full-time residents and keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level.
* Drive slowly through the gated community and park only in designated areas.
* Do not walk through neighboring yards, use private docks, or enter another resident’s property.
* The downstairs roll-up doors must be fully closed and secured every night and whenever the home is left unattended.
* No smoking or vaping inside the home.
* Do not enter the attic or any locked closets.
* Do not tamper with locks, exterior cameras, internet equipment, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
* The cargo lift may only be used after paying the **$75 access fee**. It is for luggage and groceries only; passengers are never permitted.
* Children must be supervised near the canal, balconies, stairs, cargo lift, and downstairs entertainment area.
* Please report damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns immediately through the platform’s messaging system.
* Lock all doors, close all windows, and secure the roll-up doors whenever leaving the property and at checkout.
