Apart 100m from the beach - swimming pool for 4

Ideally located 50m from the seaside within the private residence "Le Vallon", with a swimming pool (unheated, open from 15 June to 15 September) and only 300m from the town of Sainte-Marie sur Mer, this 30m² apartment with its balcony (small sea view) is a perfect starting point for discovering the Jade Coast, Pornic and its surroundings.



The accommodation has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a bunk bed, thus accommodating up to 4 people. It consists of an open kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a small oven and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, small oven, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. A TV lounge with a standing table leads to the 8m² balcony with outdoor furniture, electric grill and sunbeds. A bathroom with a hairdryer and a separate toilet complete the rental.



You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage. Beyond the pool, you also benefit from the common facilities of the residence, which are ping pong tables and a petanque court. Essential shops are close to the residence.



The Bluegreen Golf is just a step away and nearby bus lines allow you to reach the city centre of Pornic.
