Absolute Beach Front, 25 mins from Wellington Sunset spa deck. Cosy Fire lounge.

I really love this property. My daughter and I stay here when its not booked up.

Its been completely renovated on the inside and remodelled into a wonderful place and just feels really welcoming.

I don't really know where to start.

Its beach living at its best. Its a permanent sandy beach at all tides right off the deck so that's unique in the Wellington region. Swimming running walking and sunbathing on the beach are favourite past times and complemented by a hot shower and spa on the deck, So sitting in the spa after a swim is magic and you have the most wonderful view to enjoy. There is a sunset every night when conditions are right. If we want to go to town its only 25minutes on the train and a 5 min walk to the station. Like wise the local Indian, Thai, Polish Pizza and fish and chip eateries are 5 minutes walk away and very good. The Queen bed is in the lounge so its a studio with a comfy couch and coffee table in front of an warm log burner with a TV above.The round dining table is placed in front of the best views and the deck has lots of room. The house has a shared wall with next door that I've made super sound proof for privacy. You can hear some foot falls from next door if kids are running around but that's fine. It gets lovely and warm in the afternoon as the sun slants in from the West.

Its really relaxing and quite beautiful and you can hear the waves and see the beach so your right there.

There are 2 parks on the car deck for your convenience.
