Apartment Soline I features 56 m² of comfortable interior space and is located on the ground floor with direct access to a spacious private terrace and lawn area. The outdoor space is designed for enjoying warm summer days, whether relaxing on the sun loungers, preparing dinner on the charcoal grill, or simply admiring the peaceful surroundings and beautiful sea view.
LIVING ROOM & DINING AREAThe cozy living room offers a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing after a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and a comfortable seating area, ideal for quiet evenings. The dining area creates a welcoming space for shared breakfasts and dinners.
KITCHENThe fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a carefree stay, including a filter coffee machine, moka coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and all essential kitchen appliances. Children’s dinnerware is also available.
BEDROOMSThe apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds (140 × 200 cm), blackout curtains, and a calm atmosphere that ensures restful sleep. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to an additional covered terrace with a lounge set.
BATHROOMThe bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, hair dryer, and all essentials for a comfortable stay.
OUTDOOR AREAOne of the apartment’s greatest advantages is the beautiful and quiet outdoor area, featuring a spacious terrace of approximately 45 m² and an additional private lawn area of around 80 m². The panoramic sea view, peaceful surroundings, and Mediterranean greenery create the perfect setting for outdoor living.
PETS WELCOME – CONDITIONS & FEESPets are very welcome, and we’re happy to host well-behaved animals during your stay. A pet fee per day, per pet applies, with a maximum of one pets allowed. All pets must be house-trained and treated with care and respect at all times. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture, and they should not be left alone in the house for long periods. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside the house and in all outdoor areas, and for any damage or additional cleaning caused by them.
