Harbour View is a well-loved family home, welcoming, with plenty of character. It's the kind of place where you can properly relax by the pool in the warmer months, soak in the hot tub all year round, spend time together in the garden, and simply enjoy quality time as a family. With views over the harbour and Sandbanks Beach just 10 miles away, it's a wonderful base for making memories with the people who matter most.



The home offers 4 bedrooms, generous living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable during their stay.



Outside, guests can make the most of the large private garden, seasonal swimming pool, year-round hot tub, outdoor seating and children's play areas.



With sea views, free WiFi, Smart TVs, EV chargers and private parking for up to 6 vehicles, Harbour View provides a great base for enjoying the Dorset coast.

Supplies are topped up between guests rather than during your stay, so for longer stays or if you have favourite products, feel free to bring your own extras so you’re all set.

The home is great even for longer stays as an iron and ironing board, kitchen equipment, washing machine and drying rack are all available for your convenience.

Just a short drive from Poole’s stunning beaches, it’s ideal for coastal walks, enjoying the sea views, and soaking up the beautiful surroundings.



The area offers a quiet residential setting, while still being close to popular spots like Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks and Poole, where you’ll find great cafés, restaurants, shops, and plenty to explore.



Whether you fancy exploring Poole Harbour, spending the day at the beach or enjoying the local attractions, everything is within easy reach. It’s the perfect mix of tranquillity and seaside adventure!



Getting Around:

Lower Parkstone has excellent transport links, making it easy for guests to get around with or without a car.



Buses

Morebus and Yellow Buses run regular services along nearby routes, providing easy connections to Bournemouth, Poole, and Sandbanks.



Trains

Parkstone Train Station is about a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk, offering direct services to Bournemouth, Poole, and London Waterloo.

Local taxi firms like United Taxis and Poole Radio Cabs operate in the area, along with Uber.

Other Things to Note:

Pets - Well behaved pets welcome. Please note we have an above-ground pool at this property, when it's up (summer months), pets must be kept away from it at all times. Any damage caused to the pool by pets during your stay will be chargeable to the guest.



Travel cot available on request. Please note that while we provide the travel cot itself, we do not provide cot bedding or linen. We kindly ask that you bring your own cot mattress sheet and bedding for your little one.



The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed via our online portal prior to check-in:

Please note:

- Some of the windows have low window sills due to the age and design of the property. Please take extra care, particularly with young children.

-The property has a private hot tub and a seasonal swimming pool, which are maintained by an external pool company.

- The pool is freestanding and normally available in the summer months. This year it's available until 1st November. If you're hoping to use the pool, please message us before booking so we can confirm it'll be up for your dates.

- The hot tub water is replaced after every stay.

- Children must be supervised when using the pool and hot tub.

- Pool towels are not provided.



Parking

- There is a large private driveway with space for up to 6 vehicles.

- Please use the property’s private driveway and avoid blocking access.



BBQ

- A charcoal BBQ is provided, but charcoal is not supplied, so please bring your own.

- Please clean the BBQ after use, including brushing the grill and removing ashes. An additional cleaning charge may apply if extra cleaning is required.



Cancellation Policy

- Free cancellation before the stated deadline. Refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees.

- Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available to help throughout your stay. Our usual office hours are 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week - during these times you can expect a prompt reply.

Outside of these hours, you're still welcome to reach out via your booking channel and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically the following morning. For genuine emergencies, we're always on hand and will respond as quickly as we can.
