THIS HOME IS ALSO LOCATED JUST 20 MINUTES SOUTH OF COVETED GOLF IN PONTE VEDRA. NOT ONE DETAIL IS SPARED IN THIS FULLY FURNISHED, FULLY FUNCTIONAL HOME. NEW FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THIS PROPERTY BOASTS ALL NEW FURNITURE WITH CABLE AND WIFI. THE DECK FEATURES BRAND NEW ADIRONDACK CHAIRS AND A NEW PROPANE WEBER GRILL. A perfect location for a family beach trip. We appreciated how close the access to the beach was with little ones. The beach itself was never crowded and the shelling was the best we’ve ever seen, even better than Sanibel!

Loved the location, right on the beach with beautiful views! House was also fully stocked with beach supplies and owner was really responsive when we had questions. The house needed a few updates/fixes- the hose on the bottom deck didn’t work and some of the chairs on the back porch had loose pieces but other than that my family had a wonderful stay!

The property was nothing short of amazing! When we booked we expected a short walk to the beach yet it was literally only steps to the water. Non crowded beach was exactly what we were looking for. Hosts were very communicative the entire time and both check-in & check-out were seamless. We were so happy that we have already booked it for next year! Short drive to conveniences such as grocery store & gas but still secluded enough to make you feel like you are enjoying your own private get away. Did not disappoint thank you Sandy Feet Retreat & South Ponte Vedra Beach.

This was our first time at this property, but DEFINITELY not our last! This house and location are perfect! If you’re looking for privacy this is perfect. We saw literally 3- 7 people the whole week. The house is so well stocked and has everything you need. Communication with the owner is super easy. Most definitely will be back!

This house was perfect for our 2 families! 2 master bedrooms plus a room for the kids downstairs (ground level). Extra bedroom with king size bed upstairs. Speaking of stairs, they are steep, outside and inside. Might be difficult for elderly. Kitchen very well stocked. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, anything you need for the beach. The house could use a little updating but that doesn't matter when you wake up on the beach! A

The house was just as described and the host was quick to reply to my questions. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I packed way more than I needed to because they had just about everything we needed to enjoy a day on the beach, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, and chairs are available to use. There were also child/dog gates available which we used to put at the top of the stairs outside so the dogs could have some time off leashes, which they enjoyed. We enjoyed everything about this house and will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Florida.

We had a great time right on the beach! It was a short 20 min drive to St Augustine, but worth it for the privacy of the beach! The house could use some updating, but it fit our needs well.

Our stay was great!! Family enjoyed the quick beach access, just wish the weather would of cooperated a little better with us. Would definitely recommended staying.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and access to the beach. We had one problem, the a/c upstairs went out during the last 1/2 our stay but the owner had a tech the next day on a Friday but unfortunately he needed parts and was unable to come back before we left on Monday morning. But the stay was very enjoyable and we would stay there again.
