We had a wonderful time at the Meant to Be beach house. The hosts responded quickly to my messages and provided clear instructions. The house was clean upon arrival and well stocked for our needs. There are tons of beach toys and activities available for kids. Note that the stairwell would not be good for any guests with mobility issues, but it was only a minor inconvenience and the hosts have wisely installed retractable baby gates to block access to the stairs. Thanks for a great stay!

The Perfect House!

This house was perfect from top to bottom for all ages! We loved the spectacular views from the floor to ceiling windows on all levels! The place was very clean and open and airy. The rooms were all good size with a bathroom on every level. The beach which was very clean had lots of shells and was right outside the door down a few steps. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs available. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with every gadget needed. There is a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, large refrigerator, and oven in the main kitchen. The smaller kitchen upstairs has a Keurig coffee maker, margarita machine, microwave, and a beer/wine refrigerator. There were good size closets and drawers available in every room. All the beds were very comfortable, with nice linens and towels provided. Having a set of washer and dryers on 2 different floors was very convenient! Both the upper deck and lower patio were used every day to enjoy the views. There is a small putt-putt course and plenty of games available. We stocked up on groceries and other necessities at Walmart on the way from the airport. But there is a Publix only 5 minutes away that offers great hot wings, subs, and anything else you may need. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The house and location was amazing. Very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. Pictures shown are accurate, the view was spectacular and I would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect Family Spot!

This place was amazing. The ocean and beach are right out the back door, fun firepit right behind the house, a large covered table where we ate every meal while enjoying the sound of the waves, and a house perfectly stocked with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach toys. We had an issue with the grill when we first arrived, and after contacting the management company, a new grill was delivered within hours. Very responsive manager, and a pleasant stay all around. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful beach week

Our stay was amazing. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach with our family. We had friends come and join for a few nights with their family and the house was comfortable for all of us. It is perfect for a quiet beach getaway and close enough to grocery, restaurants, and things to do in st Augustine if you need a break from the sun. Loved the big back porch and massive windows to watch the sun rise. Perfect!

Great place to relax with friends and family. Love that access to the beach is a few steps from the back door. Upper and lower seating areas with beach views were fantastic. Would recommend to friends.

3 generations of family members. Accommodations were spectacular, well stocked, plenty of games for all ages, spectacular sunrise and sunsets on wraparound balcony. Close to St. Augustine. Great Get Away

The location is in between Ponte Vedra and St Augustine. The beach is right behind the home. The home is old but well maintained and very clean. A good price for the rooms. The staircase is very narrow and the stairs very small. Only concern we almost fell a few times.

Great Beach Getaway!!

This place was beautiful- the beach was beautiful so we’re the gorgeous views of the ocean. The house itself was perfectly stocked - there wasn’t a single thing needed for a beach getaway that wasn’t provided! One of the most functional homes I’ve ever stayed in! Relaxing Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed for the week. The arcade table was a big hit. We opted to pay extra for the weekly tenant membership to the Serenata Beach Club (2 miles or so from the property) for access to the pool and it was well worth it. We had one issue where the dishwasher stopped working but the property manager responded quickly and it was resolved in a day. Great communication. The tabletop game table was a big hit with the kids. We opted for a tenant membership at the Serenata Beach Club (less then 2 miles from the house) and it was well worth it. The kids loved the pool.

Hot water????

Had a wonderful time except for the cold showers. No hot water can really put a damper on a vacation. I had to restart the heater myself TWICE!! Still had to take 5 cold showers that week! I won't be back!

Great spring break getaway!

Meant to Be was the perfect place for our spring break! We had the privacy of our own beach steps from our door and yet still close to activities, restaurants, and historical sites. The house had everything you needed right down to beach towels. Our teenagers enjoyed the old school video game table, but there were plenty of games for family entertainment too. The upper deck was nice and large and you could enjoy the comfortable furniture to watch the waves or count the stars at night. If it was windy, you could still find a sunny spot on the large deck that was somehow protected from the wind! Our kids loved lounging in the hammock and we felt like we were at a five star restaurant eating dinner on the lower patio right next to the waves! Customer service/support was great--we had an issue with the air conditioning and David at Wren Breach Rentals responded quickly and had someone out to fix the issue within hours! Thank you for a great week!

Stunning setting in a home set up for family fun.

Three generations enjoyed this beautiful location, with truly something special for everyone. Paradise views, walks on endless interesting beaches, three levels with areas of privacy and TV's in every room, outside sand toys and inside games for the kids, and a beach literally in your back yard. We had one question, with immediate response from the property manager. We would love to come back.

Christmas getaway!

The house was exactly as pictured. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. All kids had their own room with tv. My son said the Internet was better than at home. House was bright and cheery. I loved that they had 2 washer and dryer set ups. It made it much easier to get the sheets and towels started upon departure. We did have an incident with the heat going out. I know that wouldn't seem like much in Florida, but the temp outside was down to 30 degrees and it was 49-50 inside the home. It was easy to get in touch with the property manager, David. David handled the situation as best as he could over a holiday and gave us a refund for the time we had no heat. I would definitely rent this house again or any property that Wren Beach Rentals has.
