Gentile Sig. Paolo, grazie per averci dedicato un po' del suo tempo per questa recensione. Ci spiace apprendere che il suo soggiorno non l'abbia completamente soddisfatto. Come potrà comprendere per le nuove disposizioni, la colazione è stata modificata a prodotti confezionati singolarmente ( senza limitarne la varietà e la qualità). Riguardo il giovane receptionst sono sicuro sia trapelata solo un pò di timidezza legata alla poca esperienza. L'aspettiamo per un prossimo soggiorno a Pompei sicuri di poterla soddisfare secodo i nostri consueti standard Andrea/hotel manager
