WePuglia – Dimora Melograno, house with priv.terrace&veranda, A/C, Wi-Fi

Dimora Melograno is a detached house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a toilet and a large balcony, located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare. The house is about 500 meters from the downtown overlooking the sea and 750 meters from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and it can accommodate up to 5 people.



Dimora Melograno is accessed via a staircase that leads to the corridor on the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom, another double bedroom with balcony and a single bedroom. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. There is also a toilet. A staircase leads to the second floor where there is a large living room with double sofa bed, aircon and dining table with chairs, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave and electric oven. The living room leads to a large balcony where there are outdoor table and chairs. From the balcony you enter a small room where there is the washing machine.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.

Check-Out: before 10am
