WePuglia – Appartamento Tuli

Appartamento Tuli is a newly built studio flat on the mezzanine floor located in the center of Polignano a Mare. The accomodation is about 300m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the downtown overlooking the sea. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and Fiber Wi-Fi, it can comfortably accommodate 2 people.

The house is equipped with a kitchenette with induction hobs, fridge, sink, oven, table with chairs and a small balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Moreover there is a sofa, a double bed and a bathroom with shower.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.

This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.



To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.

Check-Out: before 10am



Cautionary Deposit: 100€
