'I Booked online i had a confirmation email !! when i got there they didn't know anything about it i also showed the women the confirmation email and still didn't get anywhere. i spent most of the night looking for a hotel to stay at but everything was booked i would not recommend this hotel at all '

'what do you expect from a hotel which is very cheap. we found it out and it became true. the room was not in a very good condition, not very proper and not been cleaned during the four nights we were there. dogs in another room which made a lot of noise and a strange machine outside which also made a teriible noise even till late. 'Everything was good, apart from the coffee at breakfast. Investing in a good coffee machine with decent coffee beans would be a big improvement (I couldn't drink the coffee). Also provide some small espresso cups which many foreign guests would prefer. Despite this small complaint, I would recommend the Hotel. Nioce people, great location, good value.'

'Would not stay again. Whilst the family room was fine, the bathroom extractor fan was deafening, and for a family room they only included 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs for the four of us. We went to use the pool, the main reason we booked the hotel, and were told they had run out of towels and we would have to go back to our room to get and use those towels. The pool and changing room was tired and shabby. But worst of all was the metal sheeting on the bottom of the pool, which had intermittent...

'Firs Guesthouse is eenvoudig, maar afgezien van het ontbijt (English breakfast bestaat uit melige worstjes en snoteieren en wordt alleen geserveerd tussen 8-9 uur, weekend 9-10 uur) niets te klagen! Prima ligging, fijne douche en goede bedden.'

'The parking was good at the hotel and only £10 a night. The hotel is lovely, good breakfast, bar open till 02:00, rooms very comfortable. Would recommend staying here and close to the city centre.'

'Stayed here before and view is awesome but the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear, dirty grout in bathroom tiles , shower connector broken and you had shower option only not bath, shower head dripped all night, sink plug all corroded, no dishwasher , kettle full of limescale,bed sinks in the middle and awful.
