'Stayed at Point Lonsdale Apartments recently — great location, but overall disappointing.
Advertised as 4-star, but felt closer to 3-star. Rooms are older and could use a more thorough clean (noticeable dust). The “premium bedding” didn’t live up to the claim either — very firm beds and wafer-thin pillows made for an uncomfortable stay, and we ended up checking out early.
Biggest issue was the lack of transparency around access — there was no mention of four flights of stairs to reach the...

'The unit was very well maintained and clean , the bed was very comfortable. The unit was in walking distance to shops and places to eat. The only negative would be we thought we were booking the larger unit but were placed in a small one.'

'Costal Cove retreat has everything that you would need for a family of 3-4 people.The large sofa bed was very comfortable and the amenities were well thought about. The kids toys, netflix , access to the pool and lots of open space around made a huge difference when travelling with little kids with high energy. Will be back sometime!'

'Everything went smoothly with our booking and stay. The property was immaculate. We loved the gum trees in the backyard and birds having a great time. In addition, the wonderful living room with raked ceiling! Would highly recommend this house for your Ocean Grove stay. '

'Mooie ruime studio. Geheel up to date. Lekkere regendouche en goede WiFi.
Verblijf was uitstekend bevallen. Er staan 2 ‘gemakkelijke’ stoelen waarvan er 1 echt niet prettig zit. (Stuk hout in de rug) Dit is het enige minpunt.'
