Mooi hotel direct naast een winkelcentrum.
Mooi hotel. Nette kamers. alleen hier en daar wat kleine minpuntjes. Losse stopcontacten, airco die vanzelf aangaat (ook midden in de nacht). Direct naast het grootste winkelcentrum van Podgorica. Daar ligt een lekker restaurantje (sisiclia). Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt redelijk in orde.

Gutes Hotel, in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Zimmer gross und sauber. Frühstück war vielfältig, könnte aber besser sein. Viele Lebensmittel waren kalt und ungeniessbar. Personal viel zu langsam.

Overall Not a 4* hotel or service.
Lunch was delicious and staff very friendly. Our suite was spacious and very clean. I tried for room service but the phone wasn’t working, so i went to reception where they were adamant the phone worked. I ordered a wrap without mayo and also asked for a duvet. When it was delivered i asked for a cake and ice cream for my partner, we were told there was no ice cream, we asked for a duvet again and were told no and the staff member left in the middle of our conversation. So i went down again and asked for a duvet, the staff told me to use my phone to which i explained it didn’t work, i was told again it does. my wrap was drenched in mayo (I’m vegan). The duvet was delivered and the staff member finally admitted the phone didn’t work, but we were told there was no cake.

The toilet seat was dirty, which was disgusting. Even though I paid for suite, it had no view from the window. The window was looking at the patio or a hallway with no sunlight whatsoever. Due to dirty bathroom I was giving a new room which was smaller than the first one. The only nice experience was the front desk personnel who was ready to offer a new room.

Eşimle birlikte 1 gece konakladık. Genel olarak memnun kalmadığımız bir durum olmadı. Bizi tek rahatsız eden şey odaların ve otel koridorlarının haliflex olmasıydı. Pek hijyenik bulamadık. Onun haricinde temizlikle alakali hiçbir problem yoktu. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetli değildi ancak idare ederdi. Ücretsiz otopark mevcut, merkeze yürüyerek 5-10 dk olması güzel.

We arrived for a one night stay before our long flight out the next morning, firstly the air-conditioning in our room didn't work, so we didn't sleep well at all. We then awoke to no hot water either, so we both couldn't have showers before we left. We tried to call reception several times over the stay about these issues, but the phone was never answered. When we addressed the issue at the front desk, the response was lacklustre and not at all helpful. Very disappointed with his experience

Very helpful staff and comfortable room
The hotel was lovely. The communal areas and room were in a good condition. The bar was a lovely space and reasonably priced. The room was very spacious and had a mini bar fridge for use. The bathroom was spacious, clean and good condition. There was a slight issue with the water (wasn't very cold when wanting cold water and the pressure would change) - however, the hotel did have a sign in the room apologising and saying they were trying to upgrade it. The staff were all lovely, particularly Sauda P on reception who was so helpful and kind. It was good the breakfast was included.
