SLCA Community Rules & Policies

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all, please follow these key rules from the Stillwater Lakes Civic Association (SLCA):

• Guest Registration Required – All guests must be registered prior to arrival
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Trash Disposal – Use proper bins only; never leave garbage outside
• Parking – Park only in the driveway or designated spaces
• No ATVs, Fireworks, or Fires at Beach
• No Parties or Large Gatherings
• Lake & Beach Access – Swim at your own risk
• Community Amenities – Registered guests only may use recreation areas

SLCA Pool Rules

• Pool use requires a $5 fee per person
• Guests must wear SLCA badges while using community amenities
• Badges and pool passes are issued at the SLCA office

Violations may result in a $250 fine per incident per HOA policy.

Guest Access

• Full access to the home, backyard, deck, and fire pit
• Walkable access to Stillwater Lake and beach
• Fishing allowed with valid PA fishing license for guests 16+
• Access to seasonal pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, and more
