Beautiful Lakefront w Hot Tub, Sauna, Boats, Beach, Pool Table, 5min to Kalahari

WELCOME to our well-loved and cherished lake house in the heart of Poconos! We are close to all Pocono attractions like Camelback ski, Kalahari(largest indoor water park), outlet shopping, etc. Just because you are away from home, doesn't mean you should be less comfortable than being home. This spacious, 5 bedrooms 3 baths, two-level house is well furnished and decorated to accommodate 14 guests plus infants (living room sleeper sofa can be pulled out to sleep 2 additional ppl). We also have a crib and high chair if you bring a baby (just like us!). Everything from sofas and chairs to kitchen supplies, and from mattresses to something as little as wash towels are hand-selected to ensure your stay is convenient and comfortable. Professional cleaning crew will make sure all are clean and ready for you (beds made and clean towels). We provide extra sheets and blankets if needed for sofa bed (just ask). Soaps, shampoo, trash bags, paper products, as well as firewood are also provided for guests convenience.

Two levels of living provide your group with plenty of room to spread out. Both levels have double glass door walkouts to the private, beautifully landscaped backyard with amazing lake views! Upper level walks out from dining room to a deck furnished with another dining set and gourmet BBQ grill. And the lower level walks out from game room (pool table and sauna) to a covered patio with hot tub and many outdoor seats-- nice retreat area to spend quality time with family and friends while enjoying watching others from your group playing on the water. Paddle boat, canoe, kayaks and life vests are provided and free for you to use. Fish on our private dock, camp around fire-pit, chill on the hammock, or go out boating on the lake, your choice:)

Our 50-acre lake is private and quiet, with crystal clear water for pure relaxation. Start a fire up in the lakeside fire pit while lounging comfortably toward the amazing, glass-like lake...let time slow down and let the evening fall on you.

This is the place where your family and friends will make memories and talk about for many years to come, so we will make sure everything goes right and smoothly for your stay. All we ask is please respect our house and our neighbors, and take the responsibility to remind your group when needed (especially when you have a large party). Please take good care when using what we supply so things stay new and clean for the next group of guests and for us too when we are getting ready to unwind.

A relaxing trip to the lake is a way to start the coming spring season! The trees will soon turn into beautiful colors all around us, and time to gather some family and friends and start enjoying some fun time together on the lake!

LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE:
Upper level:
Bedroom # one: 1 King bed and 1 crib (master bedroom)
Bedroom # two: 2 Queen beds
Bedroom # three: 1 Queen bed
On this level you will find a master bedroom with master bath, plus two guest bedrooms and a guest bath. Sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen, dining room and living room flow into one another and gives an open feeling. In addition to the smart TV in the living room, one of the bedrooms also has smart TV. Kitchen has coffeemaker, toaster, food processor, crock pot, waffle maker, rice cooker, water boiler, 35 bottle wine cellar, and is fully stocked with all new cutting/cooking/serving/dining sets, plus bakeware and glassware. Gas BBQ grill has four-burner with side burner is steps outside from the dining room. Indoor dining table sits 6 plus 4 more seats available if needed. Outdoor deck has dining table can seat 8; there are also lounge chairs to use outside.

Lower level:
Bedroom # four: 1 Queen bed (this bedroom is small w/o closet but has its own bath)
Bedroom # five: 2 bunk beds--one holds 2 Twin mattresses, and one holds 1 Full and 1 Twin mattresses (so sleeps 4-5 people)
Family from has wood burning fire place and 50" flat screen TV and XBOX with Kinect and games! Family room also has sauna, pool table, board games and poker set. Game room steps out to a covered patio area with cushioned outdoor seating set and hot tub.

THE POOL WILL BE OPEN WEEKENDS (SAT-SUN) THROUGH JUNE 23RD, 2024 THEN WILL REMAIN OPEN DAILY UNTIL MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND, 2024 (LABOR DAY).
 
THE POOL HOURS WIL BE 11:00am – 7:00pm (WEATHER PERMITTING).
 
BEACH AND SWIM AREA OPENING:
THE BEACH AND SWIM AREAS WILL OPEN FOR THE SEASON ON SATURDAY, MAY 25TH,2024.
 
GUESTS MAY PURCHASE WRISTBANDS FOR ENTRY TO THE POOL. WRISTBANDS ARE $5.00 PER PERSON, PER DAY (AGES 2YRS AND UP) AND CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE POOL COMPLEX (CASH ONLY) OR AT THE OFFICE (CARD ONLY).
 
ALL CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT WHO WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SAFETY.
 
BOTH ARE “SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK” AMENITY.
NO LIFEGUARDS ARE ON DUTY.

When it comes to choosing an area to stay, our home is one simple choice with its proximity to all the famous Pocono Mountain attractions. Kalahari, located just down the street south of us, is one of the world's largest indoor/outdoor water park, an 150 acre complex of fun recently has opened. Camelback Moutain Ski/Tubing plus Adventure Park is 11mi south of us. Mount Airy Casino and Golf is 7mi east. Summit Lane Bowling and Pocono Manor Horseback Riding and Golf are also popular, and are only 2mi in our neighborhood. NASCAR Pocono Raceway, Sunset Hill Shooting Range, Barley Creek Brewing Company, 100-store Crossings Premium Outlets, Alpine Mountain Ski/Skate/Tubing, Callie's Pretzel Factory & Candy Kitchen, Delaware Water Gap, are all popular attractions close to us.

The area is surrounded by state parks and game lands, where you will find numerous hiking/biking trails, sight-seeing sites, fishing, etc. Whether you like antiquing, books, film, pottery, farms, or more ventures activities like zip-lining, skydiving, paintball, ATV, rafting, water ski, or even dog sledding, you will find it here! For a longer day out (45min), head over to the historic town of Jim Thorpe to take train ride, or Bushkill Falls for natural beauty. Last but not least is to take advantage of what our lakefront house has to offer -- private, beautiful lake right at your back yard; Enjoy fishing, boating, and kayaking. Our community has large swimming pool, playground, sandy beach for you to enjoy as well. Town center is next door with great restaurants, Walmart Supercenter and ShopRite.
