Welcome to the Trout House!

Come and enjoy the tranquility and relaxation at this lovely large chalet home in the beautiful Arrowhead Lake Community. The home is walking distance to island pool, lake and recreation area.

We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first level boasts an open living area with free Wi-Fi internet connection, flat screen tv, dvd player and wood burning stove fireplace, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Walk out the sliding doors to the large deck that includes a gas grill or down to the lawn to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. This first level has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 full baths, one with jacuzzi bathtub.

The lower level offers a 3rd bedroom with 1 twin bunk bed and 1 single bed and full bath with shower. There is also another living room with hdtv, ping pong table. A double futon for additional sleeping space is also located on the lower level. Walk out the back door to the 7-person hot tub.

Arrowhead is a pristine gated community with two large lakes, five beaches and three heated pools. The island pool is great for kids with a large fountain, zero entry walk in and adjacent bathrooms and snack bar. The island also has barbecue grills, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court, bike and boat rentals and a playground. The lodge offers a library, gym, pool tables, banquet room, great room and an overlook of the lake.

We are 15 minutes to Jack Frost and big boulder and 30 minutes to camelback, Kalahari and the crossings outlet mall.

- Reservation Policy
After booking a reservation, you will receive a rental agreement that must be completed, signed, and returned to the owner within 24 hours. The reservation will only be confirmed after the agreement has been reviewed and accepted.

Once booking is confirmed, you will receive an email that will contain instructions on how to remit any associated community fees to complete the community registration.

Arrowhead Lake Community (ALCA) Fees**:
Note: Fees not included in rental fee; Community fees are paid to ALCA.
- $20 gate card fee for each vehicle
- $20 transaction fee
- temporary membership (aged 6 and older) /day /person
- $8.50 (In Season: May 24, 2024 – Sep 2, 2024)
- $2.00 (Off Season)

** ALCA Fees will be calculated and added to the booking total once booking is approved/confirmed. Approved booking have to be fully paid no less than three (3) days prior to arrival. Payments will not be accepted after the deadline and renters will not be permitted entry into the community.

Policies:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed. Any evidence of pets in the home will result in a $300 fine
- No events, parties, or large gatherings allowed. No "Prom Parties", "Senior Week", etc.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book. No drop-offs of minors under 25; parents must accompany minors under 25 for the entirety of rental.
- Linens and towels are provided
- Max. 3 vehicles allowed on the property.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Please report any damages that occur to the Owner as soon as possible.
- The rules of Arrowhead Lake Community are strictly enforced. You will be held accountable for any violations/fees which will be charged to damage deposit.
- All trash must be removed from the property at the end of the rental period
- All used sheets, towels, etc. to be removed from beds and bathroom and left in the washer.

- Cancellation Policy
100% rental fee refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% rental refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
ALCA fees are refunded if booking is cancelled three (3) days or more prior to arrival except ALCA transaction fee which is not refundable.
