Our Little Villa! Near Freeway, ISU, & Hospital!

Welcome to Our Little Villa! Just off the freeway and less than a mile from ISU & the hospital! Cozy, relaxing, and fully stocked for a perfect stay. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The space
This space is perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family of 4. It has a queen bed, two 4K Smart TVs with streaming, and a fully equipped kitchen. For extra sleeping, a self inflating queen air mattress with linens is available in the closet. This will be your home away from home with welcome snacks, toiletries, and laundry supplies.

PLEASE NOTE: There is only ONE queen bed, one queen air mattress, and two couches in the living room for sleeping arrangements.

DISCLAIMER: This is a duplex home, and we live upstairs with our friendly puppy. The space you’ll be staying in is completely separate from our living area, offering you privacy throughout your stay. While we strive to keep things quiet and peaceful, you may occasionally hear footsteps from above or if there’s a sudden loud noise, our puppy might bark briefly. We deeply respect our guests and do our best to ensure that you won't be disturbed.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire unit through a private entrance. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a secure code, making arrival easy and flexible. Street parking is available directly in front of the house just please avoid parking in the driveway. You'll have the space entirely to yourself during your stay!
Other things to note

NEIGHBORHOOD: Although we’re located conveniently close to Idaho State University, you won’t need to worry about noise from college parties. Our neighborhood is peaceful, with the occasional sound of a firetruck or ambulance passing by.
