Adembenemend, vredig en privacy beschrijven dit huis aan het water, omgeven door een privéterrein van 75 hectare, gelegen op de gewilde Great Herring Pond, de grootste volledig recreatieve vijvers van Plymouth. Panoramische uitzichten zijn prachtig. Geniet van zwemmen, kajakken, vissen, paddleboarden en varen allemaal vanaf uw 70 'aluminium dock en uw privézandstrand. Bekijk de zonsondergang rond de stenen bestratingspatio en de vuurplaats met marshmallows. Ruim en verrukkelijk is een ideaal huis voor uw familie en vrienden. 4 slaapkamers, hoofdbad, volledig afgewerkte staking. Entertain rond de aangepaste 'boot'-bar, met aanrechtbladen met slagersblokken, beadboard-kasten, koperen gootsteen en 1/2 bad, centrale AC en buitendouche in cederhout. **Amazing Lake Vacation with All the Amenities!**

We recently stayed at this beautiful lake for our vacation, and it exceeded all our expectations! The setting was serene, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The amenities were top-notch—everything we could have possibly needed was provided. From water sports equipment to cozy outdoor seating areas, the property had it all. The kitchen was fully stocked, making meal prep a breeze, and the comfortable beds ensured a great night’s sleep after a day of fun. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure our stay was perfect. We can't wait to return next year!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The outside cooking area and fire pit were wonderful additions that we enjoyed every night. The lake is beautiful and much quieter than we were expecting. You saw and heard a few boats now and then but it was not constant hum of outboards and jet skis that you get at many lakes. Shopping and the Cape were just a short drive away, but the privacy of the property made it feel like we were on our own private oasis.

Simple Amazing

We had such a wonderful week at the Stack home. The home was beautiful with all new furnishings. We enjoyed the gorgeous patio with a large table, weber grill & even a pizza oven, beautiful patio furniture & brick fire pit. Coffee down at Great Herring Pond in the morning was amazing & in the evening yet another fire pit to enjoy. Peter made everything from to check in, to plenty of things to do so easy & convenient. We look forward to coming back!!

Relaxing, lakeside getaway!

Beautiful location! Perfect place for our extended family to gather and relax and hang out in wonderful spaces on property. Comfortable beds, amazing views, wonderful bar and game area. A couple of hiccups… One bedroom did differ from online pics so we were short a bed for one. (Thought there was a bunk). Also, there were only four bath towels and just a few hand towels/washcloths/ kitchen towels for 11 of us, and the kitchen only had a few mugs and bowls. While there were 4 kayaks, two had broken seats so couldn’t use comfortably. Overall, you can’t beat the location and view, and the host was easy and pleasant to communicate with! Would recommend!

Great Week at the Lake!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this quintessential family lake house. The property perfectly balances the charm of a traditional lake house with modern conveniences that make the stay comfortable for families. The house is spacious, easily accommodating our group of 5 adults and 5 children. The large dining area and living room provided plenty of space for family meals and activities with beautiful lake views. The lower level provided additional hangout and sleeping space with game table, bar, TV, desk area, and pullout couch. A/C and fans throughout the house kept us comfortable even on the hottest days. While there is only one indoor shower, the enclosed outdoor shower with hot water worked great! One of the standout features is the outdoor living space with large BBQ grill, pizza oven, fire pit, lounging area with umbrellas, new outdoor lighting and speakers to stream music. The lake itself is fantastic for swimming, with clear water and easy access. The depth around the dock gently sloped from 1 to 4 feet with deeper water further out which worked well for our 3 - 11 year old grandchildren. The bottom is sandy with rounded rocks. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and catching minnows with nets in the shallow area. On cool days the beach fire pit was awesome! Also enjoyed kayaks and floats. Peter, the host, was very responsive. The outdoor views are spectacular, and the location is ideal for family relaxation and water activities. Would definitely return!

Great Herring Pond

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It could use a little tcl and some updated cooking appliances but the beds, couches, and tables were all comfortable and accommodating. The home is in a great location on a beautiful lake.

Perfect lake house

If you are looking for the perfect lake house with lake front views then this is the house for you. The home was the perfect lake house with the woodsy private vibe. My family of 9 all enjoyed our stay as this was our first time staying on a lake. Plenty of room for us & more if needed. We enjoyed s’mores at the firepit, dinner on the deck which sat pretty much all of us, games inside and of course the lake. The stairs to the lake were a little too much for my elderly parents so if someone had a disability then this wouldn’t be a good spot for you. Otherwise it’s gorgeous. The lake was clean but water shoes is needed as there are lots of rocks at the bottom. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks as well which was a nice feature. Again, the perfect lake house if that’s what you want.

House on the hill.

Great property. Lots of space both inside and out. We had 12 people ageing 6 to 86, all had a great time. The dock was great for the boat and the water was clear and clean (not weedy). The owner was awesome with getting back to us when we had questions. I would recommend water shoes for the water as there are a lot of fresh water mussels and they can be sharp.
