In the commune of Plounéour-Brignogan-plages, we offer you this charming 180 m² house with private swimming pool, about 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 90 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom (with bath), and a 500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 90 m² living room opening onto the garden with TV, sofa bed, games area (billiards, table soccer...) and bar.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- 2 dining areas
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200), TV and baby cot
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190), a spare bedroom separated from the living room by a large curtain
- Bedroom 3: with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 9×2 m private swimming pool heated to 28°C, open from April 1 to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured.
- A 20 m² south-west-facing wooden terrace with dining area.
- A lovely 500 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Plounéour-Brignogan-plages, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free close to the accommodation (2 private parking spaces are available).

- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
