This comfortable house, on the second seafront, of 125m² with a unique décor, welcomes you for a beautiful holiday, in all seasons, in Finistère.<br>Ty Mez Drean is a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.<br>We have created two new living rooms. One, with access from the first floor, is a space for relaxation but also for observing the sea in all seasons. This room gives access to a 20m² roof terrace to offer you a new "open-air" space protected from the wind with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. At night, you will observe the sky and its stars in peace!<br>Ty Mez Drean is ideally located in a quiet alley and near the beaches of Plouescat. All within walking distance: 130 metres from the small beach of Mez-Dréan, 500 metres from the quiet beach of Frouden, accessible by the GR34 (hiking trail, rare vehicles) and less than 10 minutes from the large beach of Porsmeur where swimming is supervised according to the times indicated on site.<br>On a fully enclosed plot of 600m² with its private courtyard where 3 cars can easily park safely, it offers, on the first floor, a beautiful living room of 30m² (living room, living room), a fitted and fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a shower area and sink. Adjoining the kitchen, a storage space in the hallway, the gym and the laundry room.
