On the ground floor :
- A living room with a sofa bed.
- An open kitchen
- A veranda overlooking the living room and garden with bathroom (shower and sink)
- Separate WC with hand wash.
On the first floor:
- A 1st bedroom with double bed 140 cm + WC + hand wash
- A 2nd bedroom with double bed 140 cm

Equipment: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, plancha, refrigerator with freezer, television.

Outside:
- A private courtyard with gate, equipped with a garden and synthetic turf.

Note:
- Electricity: extra on the meter reading from 1/1 to 4/05 and from 19/10 to 31/12: cost per kwh according to the EDF basic tariff in force
- Bed and bath linen not provided - Possibility of rental: 16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvet covers; kit of towels (2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : 20 €, or possibility to the unit.
- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility of booking a cleaning package: 85 €
- Pets accepted with a supplement of 28 €/animal/week, including short stay
- No wifi: possibility to rent a mini-box at the price of 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Deposit : 450 €
