► Living and relaxation area with sofa and coffee table, flat-screen HD TV, table and chairs for 4 people. Converts into a sleeping area with a very comfortable fold-down double bed (140cm), balcony access, and roller shutters.

As the bed is fold-down, we cannot make it up in advance; therefore, linens will be provided in the apartment.

The apartment is located on the seafront in Fort Bloqué, a very pleasant area with restaurants, a bar, a tobacconist, a bakery, a biscuit shop, and a market.

You can enjoy magnificent views and breathtaking sunsets over Fort Bloqué and the island of Groix. The large beach is supervised in the summer and is a favorite with families, surfers, and kitesurfers alike.

A few minutes away by car or bicycle, you'll find the seaside resort of Guidel Plage (supermarket, bakery, souvenirs) as well as restaurants, bars, a carousel, a water sports center, bicycle rentals, etc.

A bus stop for the coast and Lorient is just a few dozen meters away. The cycle path and the GR34 hiking trail pass right in front of the apartment and run along the entire coast.

For restaurants, the Groom Team will be happy to recommend the best places on the coast and in Lorient, which you can also find in your digital welcome booklet with reviews, information, and directions from the apartment.

- Lannénec Pond: The largest body of water in Morbihan, surrounded by greenery and classified as a Natura 2000 site, you can enjoy peaceful walks near the sea along a marked trail around the pond.

- Beaches: The large beach at Fort Bloqué. Numerous other beaches are less than 5 minutes away by car/bike from the accommodation, including Guidel Plage, Pérello Beach, and Anse du Stole.

- Hiking: Numerous hikes start directly near the accommodation or just a few minutes' drive away, offering diverse landscapes and environments: a path winding along the Laïta River, the wild coastal trail (GR34) from Guidel to Larmor-Plage, walks in the Clohars-Carnoët forest, excursions around the Étang du Ter (Ter Pond), etc.

- Water sports: The large beach at Fort Bloqué is ideal for all water sports: paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, as well as diving around the fort or, for the more experienced, spearfishing for spider crabs and lobsters. Equipment rental is available on site.

- Ker ar C'hoari Leisure Park: a small children's park with inflatable structures, a giant corn maze, and wooden games, just a few minutes away. Open in July and August.

Finally, the coastline is ideal for trying your hand at shore fishing, depending on the tides – crabs, shrimp, spider crabs, or cockles – we'll tell you about the best spots for this activity.
