Come and enjoy our pretty family house with garden, heated swimming pool and parking spaces. Located in a recent area, in a quiet neighborhood, you will be close to all amenities: supermarket, bank, bakery, media library are all close; and by doing a few more pedal strokes you will easily reach the most beautiful beaches of the Pays Bigouden as well as the pretty fishing port of Lesconil.
The house has 4 bedrooms and very nice living spaces. Serenity guaranteed!
The accommodation
Our house consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a bedroom on the first floor. If the downstairs bedroom is not used, it serves as a "small living room" since it is also the office space and the video games area. This room gives direct access to the swimming pool. There is a bathroom with bathtub and double sink located upstairs.
The kitchen is large and well equipped: you will even find basic products such as salt, pepper, spices etc ...
The living rooms are spacious and bright.
We make our house available while we are away: there are our personal belongings but we make sure to leave you room for yours during the holidays.
Outside, we have a rather spacious garden, with terrace and swimming pool. The barbecue and the brazier are at your disposal.
In fact, there is only the garage that will not be usable.

Other remarks
Don't be surprised if you see our belongings in the house (kitchen cupboard, children's room with toy available...). This is our main house and not a second home that we rent out all year round. We are happy to share toys, books, basic products.
Beds will be made on your arrival, and towels will be available.
A closed bike shelter is available in the garden if you wish to secure it. your bikes, scooters etc ...

Regarding the swimming pool, it is heated from mid-April to mid-October,
or even + depending on the weather. Outside of these dates, contact us for more information.

With an additional charge, we offer to pick up your groceries at the drive of your choice (within a radius of 20 km from home) and to store the groceries before your arrival. Also, we offer baskets from small producers, delivered before your arrival or delivered during your stay.
