Our villa is located on a beautiful river, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, One room is dedicated to children with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people.
It was completely renovated in 2014, inside and out. The swimming pool, jacuzzi (spa) and air conditioning are nine (December 2014) and are controlled remotely through your smartphone.
Close to 95 you can go to South beach very quickly. The living room is very large, it consists of two rooms and a large kitchen.
The neighborhood is very quiet. You can park up to 3 cars.

Dans le cadre d’un we entre amis. Maison avec de belles prestations : équipement ménagers plutôt haut de gammes dans la cuisine, literie confortable, la pièce commune est grande et son plafond cathédrale donne encore plus d’espace, propre à notre arrivée. Nous recommanderons ce logement!

Très bon séjour à Plestin les Grèves, dans une maison idéale pour petits et grands et propre .Grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir tout le monde autour de la table. Baby foot et jeux d arcade pour petits et grands. Promenade sur la plage à proximité. Commerce accessible à pied. Photo concordante avec le logement. Communication très facile avec la conciergerie en charge de la location.

Fantastique comme le dit le site ;)

Notre séjour au "Domaine Peulven" à Plestin-les-Grèves a été tout simplement merveilleux ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par l'atmosphère paisible qui règne dans cet endroit. Le calme ambiant nous a immédiatement séduit. le mobilier est neuf et la maison est encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos. De plus, sa proximité avec la mer et ses équipements impeccables en font une destination idéale pour se détendre et profiter de la côte bretonne. Avec la famille nous recommandons à 100% !! Gwen

nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille dans cette très belle maison à Plestin les grèves. Tout est neuf, hyper bien équipé et on est allés à la mer à pied ! quartier très calme. C'était trop court nous reviendrons sans doute ! les enfants ont adoré le trampoline et les plus grands le babyfoot ;)

For a German like me, discovering Miami and its sunshine was so great ! In a dream villa ! I could have passed all my week in the Jacuzzi and in the swimming pool if my wife didn't force me to visit and get away from the house that was really really well-equipped, modern !! Séjour trop court mais intense !

Des vacances bien méritées dans un lieu paradisiaque situé au milieu de tout ! Southbeach, les bars et restaurants, visites touristiques. Quartier calme et rassurant pour les enfants ! Tout neuf, la cuisine super top équipée ! Une piscine et un jacuzzi qui ont fait le bonheur de toute ma famille !

Wonderful stay

Seven days of craziness ! First we were in Miami with friends, we could go to Miami Beach, The Everglades, did shopping, go to restaurants and bars because the villa was perfectly situated ! But you don't even need to go out to feel in holidays. You have everything you need at the disposal.

Going to Miami was a dream but I lived ANOTHER dream when I enter into the house. I hope it would be cool but not at this point. Even if we badfully had 3 rainy days, the villa was enough nicely to forget those details. Thanks to the lower who was very present for us.

I sated at this lovely Villa for 5 days, for a 50th Birthday celebrations with other family members this was perfect , perfect for the occasion everyone was very impressed with the home I have never written a review but felt compel to do one in this case. The owner is really nice, gets back to you right away,and give you a sense of assurance, that made me comfortable to rent this home. The pros, the house is clean and spacious for large family vacation, Its in a safe quite neighborhood close to I-95 but by no means i feel has Villa Status. An amazing large kitchen ideal for family gatherings, comfortable beds, the house is fully decorated in modern furnishings.Close to Aventura mall and Biscayne Blvd, a corner store and gas station is hop skip away , Publix market is 5 minutes drive, and 20 minute drive to South beach. Lots of privacy all around, the back yard is full of nature and wild life, it backs up to a river, and the fabulous pool was heated. The cons: The side yard needs some tending too, old fans were left around, no seasoning for food you have to get all that. I rented a second home not to far and the Kitchen was fully stock with the seasoning essentials ready to cook. After cleaning the grill found out the Gas tank was empty. For a night out found out no iron, for my clothes . No broom. The all in one dryer washer was slow and cumbersome to work. The property manager took a few days to get back to us, and should have had all this in place prior to arrival, his lack of renters interest was a turn off to my guest he never made it to the Villa, even after daily calls he finally text back. its is a great home for the price off season just get a better property manager All in all it was a nice vacation and certainly will rent this home again.

The greatest idea I had ! I was so happy and released to see that it was even more beautiful than on the pictures ! Fully equipped, with the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, my friends and I passed the best holidays since a very long time.

When can we come back ?

I'm so glad I took the right decision by choosing this Villa ! It's the best vacation I ever had in 40 years ! This year we decided with my husband to please us and our 3 children who never traveled before. We choose Miami because it was a dream destination for all of us. I looked a lot of summer houses on website but it's this one that caught my attention ! It's even cutter in real than in pictures ! I was so happy to discover an amazing kitchen fully equipped, bedrooms for each one and really nice bathrooms, all well-decorated and very comfortable ! Just next to a really cute river, the view is pleasant, and the amazing swimming pool is just waiting for you. Can you imagine yourself and your love drinking a glass of champagne in the Jacuzzi looking at your children playing in the pool ? Now that I did the experience I just want to go back there as soon as possible ! I promise you won't be disappointed !

Welcome to Miami !

Comme le dit Will Smith dans sa chanson Miami "No work, all play, okay" ces vacances sont de loin les plus inoubliables que j'ai passé ! Un cadre idyllique où nous avons passés 10 jours en famille et amis ! Tout est réuni pour laisser loin derrière soit une année de dure labeur en profitant de la douceur du temps de Miami, de ses plages paradisiaques, ses lieux mythiques et d'une villa absolument splendide. Un extérieur d'un charme exquis avec la petite rivière qui reflète l'esprit tranquille et sain du lieu où elle est idéalement situé : c'est-à-dire proche des plages notamment de Surf Side, des commerces, et de l'aéroport. Une piscine (équipée d'une alarme) et un jacuzzi entièrement rénovés arborent fièrement le jardin où il est agréable de passer vos repas, apéros. L’intérieur est irréprochable, d'un goût sur, un confort digne des châteaux, une cuisine hyper fonctionnelle qui permet de cuisiner tout en pouvant discuter avec les autres, de grandes chambres, etc. Je suis absolument comblée de cette semaine qui m'a permis d'oublier tout les tracas du quotidien et de repartir des étoiles pleins les yeux. Je recommande de réserver vite vite vite car sait-on jamais je réserve un été entier si je gagne au loto !!

Oh wonderful place !

Such a nice place for families with young children ! We were glad to see that there were pushchairs, baby beds, pool alarm. About the pool, we were really pleased to see that it was just renovated. The house is in a quiet area just next to a lovely river. It's the ideal compromise to satisfy everybody! She looks like to say " You wish is my command". Moreover, it's perfectly clean, equipped, tastefully decorated, the staff is really really nice and the owner is always reachable and thoughtful. I absolutely recommend to plan your stay in this wonderful house.

Un rêve réalisé !

Un séjour de rêve que nous venons de passer entre amis pour mon enterrement de vie de garçon dont ils m'ont fait la surprise. Quelle ne fut pas ma joie en découvrant la villa dans laquelle nous allions passer une semaine fantastique. La piscine, le jacuzzi, la décoration de l'intérieur, la beauté de l’extérieur. Tout était absolument impeccable, des chambres de luxe, une cuisine entièrement équipé. Tout cela rajouté au fait qu'elle est en plein centre entre la plage South Beach, les magasins, des lieux branchés et sympas pour sortir entre amis le soir, et des lieux magnifiques à visiter la journée. Venir à Miami était un rêve, mais y séjourner dans une villa telle qu'elle était inespérée. Encore merci à mes amis et au propriétaire pour cette surprise de taille !
