'The air conditioning was not working properly and we had temperatures over 33C. The lounge and restaurant were absolutely boiling hot. The bedroom was hot, I complained and they said nothing could be done. I find it extremely difficult when you pay a high rate and don’t have the basis working. Other than this, it’s a nice hotel, great amenities in the bathroom, including a powerful and modern hairdryer.'

'Nicely situated in the centre of the town, but the hotel misses the right atmosphere to make it very "agreable"; there is no terras outside (except a few tables and chair more or less on the carpark), the decoration of the restaurant and the lobby mismatched with the beautiful old building and some other small things that can be better or nicer. However some of it is also a matter of taste. Friendly staff though. '
