Cozy and quiet: new apartment in Franconian Switzerland!

In the newly renovated apartment with 100 m² living space, the whole family has space. Up to max. 8 beds can be used. We have deliberately created a cozy living atmosphere, so that the holiday becomes a real rest.
The large living room with its decorative fireplace (not fuelable) and a magnificent winter garden should be used even in bad weather as a central point. Of course, the TV and DVD player are part of the equipment. A cozy dining area with a large table, adjacent to the living room, invites you to stay and get together.
A sunny garden with a large terrace belongs to the apartment.
Everything that must be present in a neat kitchen, of course, you will also find here. A large dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. are provided. For hygienic reasons, we ask you to bring your own spices.
The modern daylight bathroom with tub, shower and window has been completely renovated. There is also an additional toilet. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a solid bunk bed for the kids. The second spacious bedroom is furnished with a beautiful double bed and wardrobe and is located to the garden side. In addition, the new sofa in the living room can be converted as a double bed.
