'This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.'

'Room was cleaned, but corridors could have been better cleaned. Rooms were smelling bad, so could have been better cleaned and refreshed. Breakfast was good, little more options can be added. Amenities are very old, so need upgrades. There is no security, anyone can enter the property except you have the key to enter the room, so property owner should think of having the keyed entry to the property. Parking spots are enough around the hotel, so you can easily get a spot to park. Overall it was...

'This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
