« Clean rooms and nice customer service »

« Cheaper than many around, We went out for breakfast and in total spent about what we were spending on the “nicer” places. »

« The cleaning lady was the only highlight of our 6 day stay there. The owner is horrible and yelled about kicking us out of our room and cleaning everyday and they put a humidifier in our room because of my service lady Queenie. It was horrible. I will neverrrrrr stay there everrrrrrrrr again. The cleaning lady was nice!! Said we don't have to move or leave said we weren't making a mess and we were fine. She was super kind. That place doesn't deserve her!!!!!!! »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »
