'there are multiple things that went wrong with this. we tried contacting the host and they were not communicative at all. the biggest issue which was the most difficult to overlook was the smell. it smelled like sewer and septic. at some point we finally got somebody in a housekeeper who verified that it smelled. but they never did anything to help us out. then later when I called VRBO to share my experience the host lied about what had happened. additionally the pictures for our specific room...

'This place was great! Dog friendly, private access to the north end of La misión beach directly in front of the house. The complex is technically in the second row in front of the beach, but there’s nothing in front except the little path through the ice plant-covered dune, so it’s slightly set back from the beach and feels very private. 'Nice place the only thing since it's a condo slash timeshare the place needs a better upkeep on the jacuzzies been broken for a while and some stuff is run down..other than that the warm pool and the other stuff like the other working hot tubs are nice. Be nice if the place had a bar on sight or place to eat.'
