'Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteit eerlijk gezegd een beetje tegenvallen. Ik had gedacht dat het hotel in een rustige omgeving zou liggen, maar onze kamer lag vlak naast de weg , waar ook een restaurant zat met hele dag muziek tot 21:00 uur. Kamer had verder een slechtsluitende deur, geen stopcontacten naast het bed en de stopcontact van koffemachine deed het niet. 'Prachtig gelegen hotel met privestrand en een prachtig regenwoud met enorm veel dieren (slangen, apen, krabben, luiaards, leguanen, vlinders) op eigen terrein. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijke en stelt alles in het werk om je verblijf tot een geweldige ervaring te maken. Eten is voortreffelijk en goed geprijsd. 'Hôtel en hauteur avec belle vue, bonne accueil. Personnel agréable. On a apprécié la balade en forêt gratuite avec le guide de l'hôtel. On peut voir des animaux en prenant le petit-déjeuner ou près des balcons. Bon petit-déjeuner varié avec fruits frais, œufs brouillés, toasts,... Dommage que le café ne soit pas à la hauteur. Chambre propre et spacieuse, très bon Wi-Fi. Place de parking devant l'hôtel.'

'This is a great place to stay. Especially when you stay in one of the rooms on top of the hill. We had room nr 7 and we saw a lot of monkeys in the trees nearby. Our first morning, we woke up at 5 by the noise of howler monkeys! Half an our later we could even see them in the trees after the room! The swimming pool is also a good place to relax and spot wildlife, we saw a lot of kapucijn monkeys and squirl monkeys, and humming birds! 'We booked the deluxe room a day before arrival. The room was described a newly renovated with airco, two queen beds. We called the hotel that we would arrive later then planned and after the checking hours. This was not a problem. At arrival we didn't get the room we booked, because the airco was not working in the room we booked. I mentioned the difference in quality in the rooms at the reception desk and we were offered a great solution. Because there were no similar rooms available as the one...
