Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I had an excellent stay at this hotel, one of the best I ever had, considering the price. I was in the master double bedroom suite, which was very large, with a bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a bathroom. But what surprised me the most (which wasn't in the description of the room) was that I had a huge private terrace all for myself!
The apartment was in great condition, I loved the decor. It had a fridge with a freezer which was key considering the hot temperature outside, so I could stock up ice creams and cold drinks. There was AC and also 4 ceiling fans, which made it very pleasant.
The location was perfect, in a super safe area just round the corner from Avenida 5, with so many options for shopping and eating, and a supermarket just a few seconds away. The ADO bus station is just 12 minutes away
Just a couple of things, which did not affect my score as my stay was very enjoyable:
1. The breakfast is served in a cafe' next door, which was very good just there were only a couple of options free of charge: an omelette or a chilaquiles, whilst in the room it said that waffles were also an option. I am not used to salty breakfast and in any case I got a bit bored of eating the same thing after a few days, it would have been nice to have a few more options, including some sweet ones.
2. The apartament has a stove and a microwave, however no cutlery, plates or pots, which would have been very helpful.
I definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in Cancun!
