Important Note: in this haven of peace and a family atmosphere, we seek to preserve everyone's tranquility, so parties or loud noises/music are not allowed at night.

Before your arrival we will ask you for a photo of the passport or identification of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.

- Reservations are only for registered guests; visits, extra guests, and pets are not allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is allowed only within the property during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.
- Please do not use towels to clean makeup or sunscreen.
- The toilets in the area cannot handle paper inside the bowl, and also, to protect the environment, we ask you not to throw them or any other objects, as it can cause blockages and contamination.
- Hanging towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is not allowed.
- Please do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment. If you're unsure where to dispose of the trash, please ask us.
- Respect the speed limits to reach the property.
- Swimwear is mandatory for the use of the pool. The schedule is from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or cups, cigarettes, and balloons to the pool area.
