The 4-bedroom house sleeps 8 comfortably and can fit up to 10 guests. But here’s the best part: It has two MATCHING Master Suite Bedrooms, making it ideal for a multi-family vacation.

Each spacious Master Suite has a California king bed and includes a large bathroom and attached dressing room. Rooms 3 & 4 each have two beds with plentiful closet space and share a bathroom.

The technology is as you’d expect with five satellite TVs with the latest technology and an integrated SONOS surround sound system that can be individually operated at different areas of the property (all controlled through a smartphone app).

High-speed WIFI throughout the house is the fastest possible, and new mini-split air conditioner units in all bedrooms and living areas cool the place quickly. For your peace of mind Carbon Monoxide detectors and smoke alarms throughout the house (which is not common in Mexico houses).

The villa is packed with all the essentials you need for a great stay. We’ve got you covered with beach towels, beach chairs, flatscreen TVs, and a beautiful new kitchen that is a focal point for the open living area.

500+ count cotton linens, supreme quality mattresses, and a portable crib add comfort for the whole family.

You’ll be staying in a quiet, secure beach community called “Playacar Fase Uno” (Playacar Phase 1). It has gated access, with security patrolling the streets 24 hours a day.

You’ll find ancient Mayan ruins sites near the house, with tennis courts also available. “Playacar Fase Uno” is along the beach while “Playacar Fase Dos” is another community right behind it.

The Playacar community is at the south end of Playa, so you can walk to the popular “5th Avenue” within about 8 minutes.

Conveniently located close to 5th Avenue. Many of the restaurants, shopping, and other things you’ll want to experience are within walking distance.
