The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances and essentials needed to prepare a basic meal at home. You can dine at the dining table for 4 or use the table as a comfy laptop workspace if needed; you’ll have good 50 Mbps WiFi speed throughout. The bedroom is up a few steps and features a plush queen-sized bed, TV, AC, ceiling fan, ample closet, and access to the private balcony. The bathroom is modern, with a spacious stand-in shower and rainfall showerhead. The living room couch can also be a single sofa bed if flexible sleep space is needed or for a third guest. If you come by car, you’ll have one parking spot at the complex for a small car (no SUVs); otherwise, you’ll have to park on the street (with parking meters). Also know this location puts you within walking distance of almost everything in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus where you need to go. For long-term stays (21 nights+), electricity is 4 MXN per kW based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
