Buena opción y servicio

Leí comentarios de que el hotel no estaba muy bien. Nosotros fuimos 4 personas, la habitación estaba bien y amplia. No tuvimos problemas con limpieza, el baño o servicio. Siempre estaban ahí para atenderte. Me encanto que tuvieran club de playa!

loved it. the staff kept the party people quiet after 10. I was able to walk to the beach with no problem. close to the main street for shopping and food. very nice. personal bathroom and shower was hot.

The hotel is what it is, but it's a great location

Don't have high expectations of this place. It has it's charm, but it is very bare bones. I mean, bring your own wash cloths - bare bones. The rooms are teeny tiny. MAKE SURE that if you book here, you specify that you DO NOT want to be in the first floor room that is directly behind the check in desk and has no windows and interrogation room lighting. There is a great little Italian restaurant right down stairs that was actually pretty yummy. They put us in that weird little room but we complained and they gave us a much better room (#13, actually) upstairs that had a window and was way more cheerful. All in all, if you just want a decent place to lay your head while you're not soaking up rays at the beach or walking around town, this place is just fine. 5 minute walk to the beach, clean and inexpensive. Another tip, if you've never been to Playa - all the best restaurants are OFF of 5th (the main strip). All food on 5th has a nice presentation, is not cheap and is terribly devoid of flavor.

Inexpensive an Comfortable

Not to shabby. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay (playa del carmen is expensive), then this is a decent deal. We went and visited other hotels in the same price range before deciding on this one. The rooms do have a musty smell to them which isn't great. But it does have AC, big king size beds, and nice cleaning lady. The shower is hard to keep at a desired constant temperature. For the price it is comfortable. If you are staying in your room during the day in playa del carmen there's something wrong with you. Its just a place to sleep. Very close to the tourist street and restaurants. Parking on street nearby is eas.

We weren't in our hotel room very much, and if you're going to stay here then its fine. The room was very small with 3 people and its equipped with the bare minimum. Hotel staff is friendly and location is great - walking distance to everything we needed.

Good location

The hotel was very run down. There were no chairs in room, only 1 sheets on bed, one on the bottom and one on the top, and no blankets. The internet did not work in the rooms, and did not work anywhere for the last 3 days of my stay. The only electrical plug in could not be used because half of it was covered by the headboard. I had to climb up on stand and plug my phone into a plug that was at roof level for the TV. There was nothing in room, such as safe, fridge, no closet. It was not as it looked on internet pictures.

Muy contentos por la eleccion! Lo mejor, su calidez en la Atencion y tranquilidad.. y la ubicacion unica.. a media cuadra de la 5a avenida. Desayuno muy bien! No es súper lujoso, pero en relación precio-calidad, inigualable! Volveremos!!

Et lite og koselig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til strand, restauranter og shopping. God service, hyggelig jenter i resepsjonen. Små rom uten skap og særlig gulvplass til koffert og lignende. Inkluder frokost men det var en sørgelig start på dagen. 3 skiver toast på deling og litt frukt.

No es un hotel Boutique

Me parece que el hotel esta mal ubicado en la categoria que dice ser ya que se vende como hotel boutique y no tiene realmente ningun servicio de un hotel de esta categoria, nos quedamos mas de 12 horas sin agua y no nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa aun sabiendo lo incomodo que es es para alguien no tener agua ni para lavarse los dientes. Senti que el personal no estaba capacitado para dar ni el minimo servicio al cliente. Es un hotel x solo para llegar a dormir un poco apretados, no fue la mejor experiencia.

Il patio interno e la posizione accanto alla 5 AV. sono decisamente il punto forte...peccato che le camere non rispecchino precisamente quanto visto nelle foto al momento della prenotazione. Excellent Value and Great Location

This hotel is just what I was looking for and expected. A very clean and well maintained boutique hotel with a very friendly staff from the receptionist to the cleaning lady all the way to the hotel manager. My room had a California King size bad that was so comfy I was sad to leave. It is located in the best part of Playa del Carmen nowadays called "little Italy" , right off the famous Quinta Avenida ( 5th Ave) less than 5 min walk to the beach entrance at 1st Ave and 28th St ( Mamita's beach on one side and Kool Beach Club in the other) I will certainly return and will recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable quality accomodations.

La verdad, el hotel es espectacular!! El trato familiar y hospitalario te hacen sentir como en casa. Es un hotel boutique pequeño, pero muy cálido, acogedor, y sumamente limpio. El personal tiene un trato excelente. Todos son sumamente atentos y cordiales. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en pleno centro y a pocas cuadras de la playa.
