'The owners ar Cabinas Pura Vida are extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They let us park our car while visiting Corcovado National Park overnight and helped us get a free taxi to catch our boot. The rooms are simple, but not expensive. They have a nice common area and a fridge for guests to use. The breakfast was good and it was not problem to serve it an hour earlier than their usual time because we had to catch our boot. '

'L'endroit est parfait pour explorer Baie Drake et en étant un peu retiré pour la tranquillité. Sebastian le proprio offre le service de taxi pour un prix très raisonnable. Le balcon donne sur les arbres et les singes viennent à cet endroit. Sécuritaire pour aller seule à pied au village le soir avec lampe frontale. 1 km de la mer et 2 km du village. Super endroit confortable et chaleureux.'

'Hotel Villa Drake is a lovely small family run hotel at the top of the small town. The family are very friendly and happy to help, they cooked us a fresh breakfast every morning, even when we needed it at 5:20am. They arranged tours for us and the father is also a taxi driver so took us to the airport at the end of our trip for a reasonable price. 'This has been one of best places I have ever stayed in my entire life. The place was beautiful, the park is out of this world, but most importantly, what made our stay all the more enjoyable was the incredible staff that was always there to help us and guide us with our trip. '

'Great location, rooms were clean but small and old fashioned. Electric shower head with loose wires. Price compared to rest of Costa Rica overpriced. Location was great however, close to the beach and start of tours to Corcovado. We paid around 100 euros a night for a standard room. You have to take some stairs for some rooms up hill so keep that in mind. '

'Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Holzhäusern. Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht. Ausstattung eher einfach und funktional. Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist - wie der gesamte Weg nach Drake Bay - etwas schwierig. Sehr hilfreiches und nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück zu einem fairen Preis. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zu den Ausflugsboten. Wir haben viele tolle Vögel direkt vom Balkon beobachten können.'

'Wer Luxus mag ist hier falsch. Sehr einfache Unterkunft im Jungle mit einem so herzliche lieben Gastgeber. Das Essen ist toll die Lage im Jungle sucht ihres gleichen. Die Touren die Angebot werden sind definitiv authentischer als jene welche man in der Sirena Station geboten bekommt. 'My husband and I found this property that was right in the beach. You can hear the waves you are that close. We took walks on the beach and Kenneth helped set up the scuba and snorkel trip we too that picked us up on the beach !! We had a room with outdoor kitchen and balcony with hammock and a view of the ocean. We would return to the same room if we visit Drake Nay again !!'
