The 2-room apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished; it is located on the first floor of Building 7.
The direct view of the harbor and the lake beyond creates a maritime atmosphere.
The terrace with green space faces south and is furnished with a table, four chairs
, and two lounge chairs.
The 56 m² living space consists of a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired,
a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower (and washing machine). The wood-burning stove in the living area creates a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months
. All windows and the patio door are equipped with electric insect screens.
Ideal for 2 people; an extra bed for two people is available on the sofa bed in the living room.
A small, natural access point to Lake Plau is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m).
Children under 1 year of age are not charged if they sleep in their parents’ bed.
A crib and a high chair can be reserved free of charge. Please bring your own bed linens, as well as pillows and a blanket
for the crib. The harbor village of Plau am See has restricted traffic. A parking space is available within sight of the apartment, on the outskirts of the harbor village. Luggage can be transported using handcarts provided on-site.
Non-smoking apartment. One pet is allowed.
